We collect information you provide when applying to our VTC, such as your TruckersMP ID, Discord ID, and Steam ID. We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Your information is used solely for VTC management purposes: - To verify your eligibility for joining Aura VTC - To track your event attendance and driving statistics - To communicate with you via Discord
3. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Your TruckersMP ID and Discord ID may be visible to other members within our community as part of normal VTC operations.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your data from our systems. Doing so will result in your removal from Aura VTC, as we require this data for VTC operations.
